Vienne
Cheung has a unique background
as an Internet Marketer and Website Designer with
usability experience. Complementing her work,
she's also pursuing an MBA at Bentley University.
To Vienne, marketing, design and usability all
have one thing in common: it all requires a good
understanding of its audience in order to communicate
business goals effectively. This can only be achieved
through performance and building good relationships
with business's stakeholders. |

Vienne
has extensive experience in retention marketing. As
Product Manager at Prospectiv, Vienne develops business
to consumer e-mail marketing plans and internet strategies.
She also evaluates and facilitates implementation of
product enhancements. At E-dialog, she led the development
of new product tools that furthered customer life cycle
for Fortune 500 & midsize companies.
Vienne was the Creative Director at FurnitureFan, where
she re-designed the consumer portal based on usability
testing. To Manage the overall brand, Vienne crafted
monthly consumer e-newsletters that helped retain relationships
and integrate business goals. Vienne worked extensively
with the furniture industry. In one project, she built
renowned Interior Decorator, Cherie Rose's online presence.
Vienne is also involved with television. She volunteers
as a host for Asian Spectrum, a television program viewed
by Asian Americans in the Malden, MA. She once interviewed
Ming Tsai, host of East Meets West and Ming's Quest
from the Food Network.
A native of Hong Kong, Vienne moved to Boston with her
family at the age of six. She received her BA in Art
and Psychology at University of Massachusetts Boston.
Vienne also has interests in the international market.
She studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan and Eastern Europe
(Vienna, Budapest and Prague), focusing in the areas
of business.
